Is Anioma, leaving South South to South East States. I think that is what should be contested first. With the creation of regions starring us on the face, the regions will definitely have the right create States. But Anioma should go for creation as additional State in the South South, after which referendum will integrate them into South East, if they so wish.

Geographical location matters a lot in creating a state that will be aligned to a particular region. Natural boundaries are the most critical factor when determining where people should be placed. River Niger is a natural boundary making it difficult to see Anioma as part of south east.
